The recent "Star Wars" celebration has been revealing more information on Episode VII and fans are ecstatic! While there's news about Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega) and Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) leading "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," fans still want to hear from Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia.

In a report by EW, Carrie Fisher who plays Princess Leia in the "Star Wars" franchise spoke of returning to Episode VII, and how another female lead will take on "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

"I liked being the only one when I was 19," Carrie Fisher said. "But now I need some backup. The buns are tired now. So [Princess Leia is] probably not going to have the futuristic buns. But we have any alternate thing I think you'll be into --- that is not the metal bikini!"

Mark Hamill, who portrays Princess Leia's twin brother Luke Skywalker also spoke about making "Star Wars" films and how he feels about "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." The Charleton Heston version," Hamill jokes.

He goes on to explain what a wonder it is that fans have become loyal to the "Star Wars" franchise and what an unbelievable feat it is to have such a following for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" as well as the coming installments.

Mark Hamill said, "I have a simple message: a simple thank you. If it weren't for all the UPFs --- Ultra Passionate Fans --- we wouldn't be here. It never ceases to amaze me." To which Director JJ Abrams said in closing, "The energy you're throwing our way is evidence of the Force."

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" release date is set on Dec. 18.
