Samsung Galaxy S6 specs vs. Samsung Note 4: which big-screen smartphone is Samsung's best?

With The South Korean tech giant releasing the new Galaxy just recently, many are asking if it will be worth the upgrade.  How does the new release fair in comparison to the Note 4?

Here's a quick specs rundown of the new Samsung Galaxy S6 vs. Samsung Note 4.

Look

"The Note 4 also has a mainly metal frame but instead has a soft-textured back cover, concentrating more on comfort over style - something that's very important when handling such a large phone," PC Advisor noted.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 could change the game, as it boasts of a fusion of glass with aluminum accents, and a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 back plate.

Resolution

The Samsung Galaxy S6 and Note 4 both have a 1440 x 2560 Super AMOLED resolution. The S6 has a 577 ppi pixel density, while Note 4 has 515 ppi.

Camera

"The front camera of the Note 4 has an aperture of F1.9 to match the S6 in low light situations, but can't compete megapixel wise with a smaller offering of only 3.7MP. The back camera is also 16MP and has a F1.9 aperture with OIS. This means that either phone's back camera should yield great results, but the S6 steals the front camera crown from the Note 4," PC Advisor revealed.

Samsung Galaxy S6's camera boasts of 16MP goodness for its back camera and 5Mp front-facing camera. Other features include an LED flash, Back-illuminated sensor (BSI), Autofocus, Optical image stabilization and Exposure compensation among many.

Screen

The Samsung Galaxy S6 could be the better choice when it comes to screen size, hands down. Its 5.1-inch display is favored by many.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Note 4 leaning on the "phablet" end boasts of a 5.7-inch display.

Battery

"The Note 4 has a removable Li-Ion 3220 mAh battery that should get most people through the day on a single charge," PC Advisor said.

The S6 on the other hand, comes with a 2550 mAh battery and wireless charging capabilities.

Which one among the Samsung Galaxy S6 vs. Samsung Note 4 will you pick?
