The final chapter of the Netflix original horror series has wrapped up filming with a scheduled 2016 release date. Will season 3 of "Hemlock Grove" bring fans the obliteration of the Order of the Dragons? What happens to Nadia and Miranda?
First and foremost is the release date. There has been no official news on exact release date for season 3 yet, however, based on previous "Hemlock Grove" seasons' premiere, there could be a pattern. Season 1 and 2 were both released early-to-mid-year, April and July, respectively. This means that season 3 will likely premiere around the same time, of course, discounting delay causes.
The latest updates from the cast, however, revealed that filming could be completed, and season 3 of "Hemlock Grove" might actually meet the mid-year release date for 2016.
It was the first day of May when actor Landon Liboiron tweeted a photo captioned "Curtain Call" with fans reeling from cancellation news. What was initially speculated as referring to completion of filming was confirmed by another actor's social media post.

Actor Joel de la Fuente who portrays Dr. Johann Pryce confirmed that filming has been completed for "Hemlock Grove" season 3 and said via Instagram, "You are now leaving #HemlockGrove. Please d_i_e carefully. Principal photography wraps today for the third and final season of the show that is warmer, kinder, friendlier than you may ever realize... We hope you enjoy season 3, coming sometime soon."
Although the series will not end abruptly as a 10-episode season 3 has been ordered for the final season, fans remain heartbroken about season 3 being the last chapter of "Hemlock Grove."
Meanwhile, there are two big plots that are speculated to rule the final and last chapter of "Hemlock Grove," in a report by Crossmap. According to rumors, the Order of Dragons could finally meet its doom through the hands of Roman Godfrey (Bill Skarsgard) and Peter Rumancek (London Liboiron). Come "Hemlock Grove" season 3 release date, it could also bring both Nadia Godfrey and Miranda Cates (Madeline Brewer) safely back home.
