New "Dragon Ball Z" TV series, "Dragon Ball Super," will be having a manga adaptation which will be launched in July.

Toyotarō will release the manga version of the new "Dragon Ball Z" TV series whose original story will be developed by original series creator Akira Toriyama. The "Dragon Ball Super" manga will be launched in the extra-large August issue of V-Jump.

Anime News Network reported that, although details of the story of the anime and manga have not yet been officially announced, Toyotaro has revealed that the plot will "no doubt exceed everyone's expectations."

Toyotarō previously worked on the three-chapter manga adaptation of the recent film "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection of F." The new "Dragon Ball Z" TV series will premiere this July in Japan and it will be the first new anime show for the title in 18 years.

The new anime show will be set after the events of the Buu saga and the recent film, "Resurrection of F." Toei Animation has also noted that the name may change once the show has been localized. Furthermore, a new villain, stronger than Majin Buu or Frieza, may be introduced in the series as confirmed by Fuji TV producer Osamu Nozaki.

A new mod for "Super Smash Bros. Brawl," named "Super Smash Bros. Brawl Z," starring "Dragon Ball Z" characters. It is the product of Japanese YouTuber InD Mark 2. It features the original Japanese voice actors and each character's unique skill sets.

"Super Smash Bros. Brawl Z" includes Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Trunks, Gotenks, Majin Buu, Gohan, Brolly and Cell. Some characters come from the Brawl Vault. Models and special attacks effects may be a little rough around the edges and may be lacking compared to Nintendo's release.

However, this may be the only time fans can see Goku and other "Dragon Ball Z" characters in the "Super Smash Bros." universe.
