With a few days left before "Orange is the New Black" season 3 premieres on Netflix, reviews about the upcoming run have already surfaced online.
Critics laud the new season and have even called it the best yet.
"Shows have a tendency to start sucking around the third season. That was sure true for The Killing and overwhelmingly true for House of Cards," Stephen Marche of Esquire said.
"Maybe it's just that shows exhaust their premises, or that the writers get bored. Orange Is the New Black-one of Netflix's first forays into original programming, and still the defining example of the genre-has escaped this curse."
"Season three is the best yet. It's probably the best season of television that Jenji Kohan, the showrunner for Weeds before Orange Is the New Black, has ever produced. It's the ideal of her style of television: white people problems seen from below."

Meanwhile, "Orange is the New Black" season 3 spoilers are also hinting on the possible return of Vee. In an interview at the Critics' Choice TV Award, actress Lorraine Toussaint, who plays Vee Parker in the show, teased her return.
"I miss the girls enormously, but did I say I'm not back?" She said.
The official trailer of the upcoming run has been released and it features new faces, and a returning Alex.
"Expect to see more of four actors - Adrienne C. Moore (Cindy Hayes), Selenis Leyva (Gloria Mendoza), Nick Sandow (Joe Caputo) and Samira Wiley (Poussey Washington) - who were upper to regular during the past year. Season 3 goes upstream June 12," Deadline reported.
As "Orange is the New Black" season 3 premiere draws near, spoilers continue to hint that the departure of some notable characters in the show.
"Earlier reports mentioned that two main characters of the show will not be returning next season, including recurring character George 'Pornstache' Mendez (Pablo Schreiber), who was falsely accused of rape by an inmate back in season 2, as well as Larry Bloom (Jason Biggs), Piper's (Taylor Schilling) former fiancé," Christian Today reported.
