The "Zoolander 2" trailer has officially been released.

The "Zoolander 2" trailer, apparently narrated by Stephen Hawking himself, dove into the mind of Derek Zoolander while pondering on life's biggest existential dilemmas. It also teased fans of the sequel's title such as: "2oolander" or "Zoolander II."

It was also revealed that the "Zoolander 2" release date is slated for 2016.

Ben Stiller has previously revealed that the film is set in Europe, 10 years after the events of the original movie. He confirmed that it's still Derek and Hansel. However, there have been changes in their lives and it's a new, unfamiliar world for them.

ComingSoon.net reported that Ben Stiller is directing "Zoolander 2" and co-wrote the script with Justin Theroux, who previously worked on "Tropic Thunder." Stiller is also producing the sequel with Stuart Cornfield.

Owen Wilson will reprise his role as Hansel. Penelope Cruz, Christine Taylor, Kristen Wiig and Cyrus Arnold are included in the cast as well. Special appearances will feature Will Ferell as Jacobim Mugatu and Billy Zane, Fred Armisen, Justin Bieber, Kyle Mooney, Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, among others.

Stiller and Wilson previously showed up in character and closed the Valentino fashion show at Paris Fashion Week this year. The duo appeared unannounced on the runway wearing not Derelicte, to our dismay, but pajamas and trench coats. They were seen backstage with Vogue editor Anna Wintour which alerted the audience that something extraordinary will happen.

Donning their most suave supermodel smolder, Derek and Hansel dominated the runway with their walk-off which will certainly be deemed as the wildest one in fashion history. It still remains to be seen, though, whether their spontaneous appearance will be part of the film.

After almost 15 years, the highly-anticipated sequel to "Zoolander" will finally hit theaters next year. The production started filming this spring in the beautiful city of Rome and around Cinecittà Studios for 12 weeks.

"Zoolander 2" will premiere in theaters on Feb. 16, 2016.
