Another crossover is happening! "Daredevil" season 2 cast member will be appearing in the new Netflix series, "AKA Jessica Jones"!
A report by CinemaBlend revealed that a "Daredevil" cast member will be crossing over to Marvel's new show entitled "AKA Jessica Jones." The cast member who will be featured in "AKA Jessica Jones" will be none other than Rosario Dawson's character, Claire Temple.
Claire Temple is the nurse who has been helping Matt Murdock to recover from the wounds that he gets from being a vigilante. There was a brief romantic connection between Claire and the "Daredevil" season 2 lead but had to cut it short because she couldn't accept what Matt wanted to do for the city.
Rosario Dawson's contract signing, that has been reported before, allowed her character to be featured in other shows aside from "Daredevil" season 2, which is why Claire Temple will be featured in the upcoming Marvel show, "AKA Jessica Jones." She may also be featured in the other upcoming shows like "Iron Fist," "Luke Cage" and "The Defenders."
FoodWorldNews revealed that Netflix has announced its new series "AKA Jessica Jones." The new series of Netflix will premiere later this year. The character of Jessica Jone will be portrayed by Krysten Ritter, who is famous for her roles in "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and "Breaking Bad."
The cast members from the first season of "Daredevil" will all be returning for season 2. Charlie Cox continues his quest as "Daredevil," with Deborah Ann Woll, the manacing Vincent D'Onofrio and Elden Henson.
Jon Bernthal who joins "Daredevil" season 2 from "The Walking Dead" will be portraying the Punisher in the "Daredevil" season 2, while Elodie Yung from "GI Joe Retaliation" has been casted to portray Matt's ex-girlfriend, Elektra.
The "Daredevil" cast will be back for season 2 early next year, while Netflix's "AKA Jessica Jones" will premiere later this year.
