It has been more than a year since the Godfrey's and now while this season 3 will be the last chapter of "Hemlock Grove" series, it is definitely among the highly anticipated chapters as new characters will be revealed come the show's 2015 release date.
Initially, "Hemlock Grove" season 3 release date has been speculated to arrive sometime in 2016. However, latest news now revealed that the finale chapter may still arrive this year. HiddenRemote announced that "'Hemlock Grove' season 3 is slated to premiere in 2015. That's it. No official date. Not even a month we can expect to see our favourite werewolf/upir duo."
The report also pointed out that while there have been numerous speculations about the characters and the interweaving plots that surround these mystical creatures, there really isn't a lot of information officially announced for season 3---and sadly, release date is one of them.
Apart from "Hemlock Grove" release date news, there have also been talks about the new characters arriving in season 3. Although it is indeed the final chapter for the original Netflix series, the showrunners have confirmed that season 3 will be horrifyingly memorable for "Hemlock Grove" fans worldwide.
The new characters arriving in "Hemlock Grove" season 3 have been rumored to be another set of werewolves, although their arrival is speculated, of course, to have a deeper connection with the "Order of Dragons" but details have yet to be revealed. Crossmap pointed out a few other plot rumors but none have yet been confirmed for "Hemlock Grove" final chapter.
THR reported last year that the last 10 episodes of season 3 will be the final chapter of "Hemlock Grove" series. Showrunner Eli Roth said "We are so grateful to the fans of 'Hemlock Grove,' who have championed the series so intensely over two seasons."
"We are looking forward to taking the last and final season into some dark and unexpected places, and to giving viewers the killer finale you'd come to expect from 'Hemlock Grove'," Roth added.
