"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" with Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck as the titular icons will not be an average superhero movie, according to Jesse Eisenberg.

The movie has just gotten its PG 13 film rating from the MPAA, and it was what most fans may have expected.

Comic Book has reported that the Motion Picture Association of America - or the MPAA - gave the film a PG 13 rating because it is a bit too intense and violent for chilren to watch. Although the rating means younger children cannot watch the film without adult supervision, fans have had nothing but good things to say about the upcoming DC blockbuster as soon as its official trailer came out.

The film's full plot has not been revealed yet, which is why its fan base has already come up with its own set of speculations about what is going to happen in "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" with Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck.

In one particular scene, Batman was shown snapping the neck of one of Superman's men. Fans believe that this could be one of the Dark Crusader's dream sequences. Wonder Woman was also featured as she fought with someone in an apocalyptic location.

Although the film looks pretty interesting already - based on the scenes that were teased in the "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" trailers, it is rumored that film makers might still want to edit out some scenes. That said, it is possible that the film will be undergoing a second review process, as pointed out by Movie News Guide.

Still, despite this possibility, it is believed to be highly unlikely for the film's PG 13 rating to be changed.

As previously mentioned, the PG 13 rating was actually not very surprising, as reported by Superhero Hype. After all, it is worth noting that every "Batman" movie since Tim Burton released his 1989 version has always gotten a PG 13 rating. Plus, director Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel" also had a PG 13 rating.
