Advised for much older children, the ghost-themed flick is a family film, parental guidance is needed for youngters.

Esquire includes in its list the classic Jack Nicholson film, "The Shining," a young Christian Bale in "American Psycho," and of course, the unforgetable "The Human Centipede: First Sequence" all streaming on Netflix this Halloween season.
