Eva Mendes doubts that Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are really engaged.
According to the rumor mill, Emma and Eva's partner, Ryan Gosling, are getting too close for comfort on the set of their latest movie "La La Land." This special bond has been really alarming for Eva who has a daughter with the hot actor.
"It doesn't matter how many times Ryan tells Eva that he and Emma are just friends, she knows there's an attraction there," an alleged source told Star.
"According to In Touch magazine, Mendes believed that Gosling is cheating on her with Stone," Yibada reported. "Insiders told the publication that Mendes was getting extremely worried with their closeness, wondering if they were taking their friendship to the next level."
"A source close to Mendes revealed that the actress was not going down without a fight. She reportedly stops by the set each chance she gets, trying to mark her territory. She also calls and texts him non-stop to see what he is up to."
"Gosling may have tried to explain that there is nothing going on between him and Stone but Mendes just would not buy it. The insider said that she just does not trust him anymore. It was even said that she is ready to break up with him if he would not change his ways and take full custody of their daughter, Esmeralda," the article continued.
Meanwhile, while engaged rumors abound, things remain to be uncertian between Emma and Andrew. Fans want them together, but no one really knows for sure if they are still an item because of both parties keep completely mum about their private lives.
"After meeting on the set of their first Spider-Man movie together, the pair dated, presumably, for several years; we use the word 'presumably' because, over the course of their perceived courtship, they never actually publicly referred to each other as 'boyfriend' or 'girlfriend,' or otherwise acknowledged the nature of their relationship," Vanity Fair noted.
