The "Power Rangers" movie 2017 cast has been completed.

IGN reported that the "Power Rangers" movie 2017 will be using the original names of the all five fighters. "IT'S MORPHIN TIME, Jason, Kimberly, Zack, Billy & Trini! 'Power Rangers Movie,' coming 2017!" the film's official Twitter account posted.

The "Power Rangers" movie 2017 cast has been revealed. "The Martian" actress Naomi Scott will be taking on the role of Pink Ranger in the upcoming film. She was the first Ranger confirmed for the movie.

Red Ranger will be portrayed by Dacre Montgomery while RJ Cyler will play Blue Ranger. Ludi Lin will be part of the "Power Rangers" movie 2017 cast as Black Ranger.

Artist Becky G completed the roster as Yellow Ranger in Lionsgate's upcoming film. Of course, the "Power Rangers" movie 2017 cast might still include the Green Ranger, though.

According to Collider, the movie will open with an epic battle scene. However, in the upcoming film, Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd will not be the main antagonists. It is said to be Scorpina who will torment Earth once more.

It was previously reported that "Project Almanac" filmmaker Dean Israelite will be directing the "Power Rangers" movie. Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz are writing the script. It will be produced by Haim Saban, Brian Casentini and Allison Shearmur.

"I read the script and was really surprised by it and thought there was a really cool, contemporary, mature but still playful, buoyant and fun take on the material, and was updated in a really interesting way," the director said.

The "Power Rangers" movie is slated for release on Jan. 13, 2017.

In another report, Collider revealed that the "Power Rangers" movie will be coming to Netflix. The gigantic streaming service has picked up the rights to produce a new series for the franchise in 2017.

It will be the 24th season of the series and will be based on "Power Rangers Shuriken." The upcoming "Power Rangers" series is also said to have 32 episodes.
