Big reveal after big reveal are in store for the week of Nov. 9-13, "General Hospital" (GH) spoilers teased.
Fans were left hanging when it was revealed last Friday that Jake knows his real identity. Latest reports suggest that fans will get to see what will happen next after one of the most anticipated moments in "General Hospital" history has unfolded.

"Not only will Jake tell everybody what he has learned, Hayden will share a tidbit that may well rock Nikolas' world on top of the Jason Morgan news. On Wednesday, Laura (Genie Francis) talks to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) about Lulu (Emme Rylan); Nina (Michelle Stafford) interviews for a job; Lulu makes a snap decision.
It will be an emotional Thursday as Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) struggle with their circumstances; Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) gets an interesting work assignment; Paul (Richard Burgi) and Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) share a moment.
