Season 5b of "Teen Wolf" will be returning with episode 11, but the question is will Dylan O'Brien be returning to the show or will his flourishing career keep him from continuing "Teen Wolf?"

There have been rumors circulating that Dylan O'Brien will be leaving the "Teen Wolf" family for good. In a report by VineReport, Jeff Davis, the executive producer of the show revealed that he acknowledges that there is a possibility that the "Maze Runner" actor will leave the show.

"I know, but Dylan's such a movie star these days. I think I might have to prepare myself to lose him at some point," revealed the "Teen Wolf" showrunner.

"Cast shakeups happen more and more with every show these days. So, you never know," Davis told Forbes. "The networks used to sign people up for seven seasons. The idea was you can't lose anyone. Nowadays it's who can you kill off next? It's very different."

Though rumors say that Dylan O'Brien will depart "Teen Wolf," O'Brien assured fans that it is just a rumor and he has no plans of leaving the show. As a matter of fact, Davis teased fans that there will be exciting Stydia moments in season 5b which could be disappointing for the "Teen Wolf" fans who ship Malia and Stiles.

Not much information or details were given by Davis regarding episode 11 or about the second part of season 5b aside from the fact that it will be a little less serious than the first part of season 5.

"5b will continue with horror, but 5b will actually be a little more action. It will be a little bit more humor," shared Davis. "What I like to say is we're getting our sense of humor back in 5b. It's a much more hopeful, much more optimistic show in 5b."

Stay tuned for more updates on season 5b of "Teen Wolf.'
