"The Sims 4" expansion "Get Together" may be pushed back, but it's all for a greater cause. Be patient.
Electronic Arts have revealed the reason behind the delayed release date and while this is no new update, what's enticing is what's waiting for fans in December. According to the official "The Sims 4" site, "Get Together" developers are making the experience far better than anyone could have imagined.
"We're taking this time to add more polish and depth into the core of 'The Sims 4' 'Get Together,'" EA revealed.
"We think this time will allow us to make the experience even bigger, better and cooler. We're working on some new items and features that we really think you're going to love."
Come "The Sims 4" expansion "Get Together" release date, "a lot of extra attention is also going towards Clubs, which allow you to create new social experiences. As we played with out Sims hanging out with their Clubs, we felt they needed a special hangout to call their own - the Upper Crusts should have a private room at the local Café, and the Spin Masters should be able to have an exclusive Discotheque where they practice their dance moves," added the description.
TechTimes pointed out that apart from the club improvements in the expansion "Get Together" for "The Sims 4," gamers will be able to experience another world as it arrives in December. "One of the main features of 'Get Together' is a new European-inspired world, for your Sims to explore called Windenburg."
Developers of Windenburg included in "The Sims 4" expansion "Get Together" revealed that they, "want Windenburg to feel like it could be found in many different parts of Europe while still feeling like its own, distinct location."
According to EA on its official site, the developers "gathered some concept art that shows how we ended up where we are, from first sketches to fairly complete images. Not everything in the concept art is going to end up in the final game, but we want to show you the whole process."
"The Sims 4" latest expansion titled "Get Together" arrives on Dec. 8.
