2016 is a big year for "Guns N Roses," but not that big for the new album? Wait, what?

While previous reports have confirmed that 2016 could be the year for the new "Guns N Roses" album, now updates have revealed that there could be a slight delay on its release. According to a report by AlternativeNation, "Guns N Roses" guitarist Slash has revealed a few interesting details about working with collaborators and how some initially set plans have changed, at least for a bit.

"Plans for 2016 changed a little bit.... Hellwithin filming early 2016, then new Conspirators record in the spring then No Conspirators tour cause Myles has to go back to AB until the end of 2016," according to the source who allegedly interviewed Slash. "So 2016 will be an AB year. I can't say more right now."

"He can be busy with many things like his new movie," added the source.

With this schedule revealed, does this mean that with everything Slash is busy with, will the new album of "Guns N Roses" take a slower development and not meet the 2016 release date? Nothing has been confirmed by "Guns N Roses" reps, so for now, 2016 still is a possible year for that new album to fly.

After Slash, Richard Fortus is another "Guns N Roses" guitarist and when asked if other guitarists will collaborate in the new album, ConsequenceOfSound revealed that this is not the case.

"In an interview with a St. Louis radio station last week, GNR's current guitarist Richard Fortus declared that 2016 will be 'a big year' for the band," revealed the report. "He stopped short of providing any specifics - however, when pressed whether or not he is the only guitarist in the band at the moment, he insinuated that not to be the case."

Maybe Axl Rose and Slash's reconciliation will be a big step for that new album? "Guns N Roses" coming back in full form?
