"Outlander" season 2 spoilers will be featuring a lot of changes from the Starz show's first season. In addition to the couple moving to France, Sam Heughan has revealed that Jamie Fraser, has also changed as a character.

According to Realty Today, Heughan admitted to the press that his character changed because of his love for Caitriona Balfe's Claire Randall. Considering that the series is based on Diana Gabaldon's romantic novels, the romance story arc will always be present - even if Jamie and Claire will be focused on preventing the Jacobite rebellion from happening.

"Outlander" season 2 will be back to small screens next year, and fans are already very much excited for the story to continue. Thankfully, Starz has been generous in giving the show's fan base timely trailers to keep them in the know about what is in store for their favorite "Outlander" characters.

"Outlander" season 2 spoilers will be based on the events that transpired in Gabaldon's second book, entitled, "Dragonfly in Amber." In this story line, Jamie and Claire are heading for France, as previously mentioned. They will attempt to change the course of history by meeting up with Bonnie Prince Charlie.

To save the people they love, Jamie and Claire will be "lying to everyone." "You have to remember what is at stake," Claire told Jamie while he was touching her growing belly, as seen in the trailer.

Now that Claire and Jamie are expecting, Heughan revealed that his character will be changing his view in life, as well. He described his character to Gold Derby as a "young man who has no responsibilities." With a baby coming soon, things will definitely have to change.

Heughan also admitted that Jamie and Claire will be facing a lot of new challenges in "Outlander" season 2. "They are on this mission!" he said. "They still have a lot to deal with! Jamie has the trauma he is still dealing with and Claire is now pregnant."
