"GTA" fans are in for a treat as "GTA 6" is coming again to game consoles in the future as Rockstar games president Leslie Benzies has confirmed that GTA 6 is definitely going to hit game stores in the upcoming years.
Benzies said via Christian Times that they have plenty of ideas to incorporate to the next game.
"We've got about 45 years worth of ideas we want to do. We don't know what 'GTA 6' will be, but we've got some ideas," he said.
"GTA" was first launched in 1997 and that was in 2D for PS1 but the company has extremely changed the entire gaming experience over the years.
Meanwhile, Music composer Whoo Kid hinted that he is about to get started with the new game.
"I was in 'Call of Duty' and I was in some 'Grand Theft Auto' games. I'm bout to be in the new 'Grand Theft Auto' that takes place in New York again."
Its predecessor, "GTA 5" was a massive hit as it has sold more than $800 million in revenue in its first few days since release, equating to around eleven million copies. After 3 days it had crossed $1 billion in sales. The game also received a score of 9/10 on Steam.
Also, it looks like Hollywood actress Eva Mendes will be part of the game.
According to another rumor "GTA 6" will be released in PS5, then in three years Sony should launch its PS5 Console but Sony has yet to reveal any information on its latest game console. This has kept the fans of "GTA" wondering for a release date but is it safe to say that it will arrive three years from now ? Stay tuned.
