50 Cent announced on Instagram last Jan. 6, the release of a new mixtape, "Kanan Reloaded," which appears to be a sequel to the "Kanan Tape" and another prelude to his much-awaited new album "Street King Immortal."

Just last December, Curtis James Jackson III, more popularly known as 50 Cent, released the "Kanan Tape" with collaborations from Lil Boosie, Young Buck, Post Malone and Sonny Digital. The 11th mixtape featured production from Illmind, Colt 45, Sonny Digital, Scoop DeVille, The Alchemist, London on da Track and Bandplay, according to International Business Times.

On the start of the New Year however, even with less than a month from the "Kanan Tape," 50 Cent confirmed that his 12th mixtape is coming soon in the form of "Kanan Reloaded."

No words yet on when exactly this new mixtape will be released, but it looks like it will out before the "Street King Immortal" album, according to reports by Hot New Hiphop.

"I guess people don't like my show, it's too real maybe," 50 Cent stated on his Instagram post. "Well who cares, I'll make it so big that no one cares about awards anymore."

Meanwhile, the long expected new "Street King Immortal" album has already had a few sneak peeks from 2015 when 50 Cent performed "9 Shots", which is one of the songs included in the album, as was reported by Radio.com.

He performed the song at a Capitol Records rooftop party where he shared that "9 Shots" was inspired by his exposure to new music genres during the EFFEN Vodka tour. Moreover, the song is also a metaphor for the rapper's past encounter with bullets in a 2000 shooting incident where he took a couple of shots to the head, legs and right femur.

"9 Shots" is also part of the soundtrack of the Season 2 Finale of "Power," where the Kanan role was played by 50 Cent, hence the title of his two new mixtapes.
