Was Raven Symone's attitude problem the real reason why she and ex-girlfriend AzMarie Livingston are not together anymore?
After three long years, the two have reportedly ended their relationship. A source that is said to be close to the ex-couple revealed to US Weekly that Raven and Livingston are completely over.
The two have begun dating in 2012 but Symone has always been private about the details of their relationship. While neither of them confirmed the reason for their break up, rumor has it that Symone's attitude as co-host in "The View" has something to do with them calling it quits.
Symone has recently infuriated viewers of "The View" by her nasty comment about not hiring someone with a "ghetto" name.
"I'm not about to hire you if your name is Watermelondrea," she said to her quite surprised co-hosts, according to Perez Hilton. "It's just not going to happen. I'm not going to hire."
Fans of the show didn't particularly like Symone's bluntness as it has bordered on being rude and insensitive. Her co-hosts immediately changed the subject but it was too late as the viewers of the said show were already disappointed and took to social media their opinions on how Symone was too racy on her comments. Symone has reportedly apologized for what she said on the show, according to HollywoodLife.
It's not the first time Symone has confused fans with her views. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Symone expressed how she was tired of being labeled.
"I'm tired of being labelled," Raven said in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, according to Korea Portal. "I'm an American. I'm not an African-American. I'm an American. I have darker skin. I have a nice interesting grade of hair. I connect with Caucasian. I connect with Asian. I connect with black. I connect with Indian. I connect with each culture."
Since Raven Symone and ex-girlfriend Azmarie's break up, Symone has been receiving backlash not to mention fans have allegedly been requesting that Symone be fired from "The View" show, as per reports of HollywoodTake.
Looks like Symone had it really tough lately, but hopefully she's recovering from the break up and the backlash brought about by the recent events.
