The Oklahoma City Thunder is a team that has two top 10 players in their roster, but they're still not on the level of the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs.

They do not need another superstar, obviously, but a complementary piece should work wonders for them.

Courtney Lee of the Memphis Grizzlies has been identified by ESPN as the top trade target for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

"The Thunder's biggest need is a 3-and-D wing to complement Durant and Russell Westbrook and, as I explained earlier this month, Lee is the best player of the ilk likely to be available before the trade deadline. ESPN's Marc Stein reported Friday that the Memphis Grizzlies are 'taking the temperature' on the market for Lee."

The Grizzlies seem set on rebranding their team and may want to pursue draft picks or other assets. The Thunder may have to prepare a sizable package as Lee has already been previously recommended by both fans and pundits.

In this article from Yibada, there were multiple recommendations of Courtney Lee, or even the Boston Celtics Avery Bradley to the the Thunder.

The article points out that the Thunder does need a 3 and D and the player that could be used as trade bait would be Dion Waiters. Waiters is more of a ball-heavy shot creator who could do well for teams bereft of scorers-OKC is obviously not one of them.

A package of Dion Waiters and power forward Mitch McGary could garner some interest from Memphis and they are two players whose absence would not affect the Thunder immensely. If it could bring them the player that they need, then GM Sam Presti should pull the trigger.
