Nick Gordon is reportedly being uncooperative which was the main reason why his counsel, Bryant Green, dropped him as client in connection to the civil case filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate prior to her death.

According to the Entertainment Tonight report, shared by Yahoo!, Bryant Green filed his withdrawal from the $10 million wrongful death case on Nov. 11 last year.

The civil was was filed by Bedelia Hargrove, the conservator of Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate, who claimed that the late 22-year-old death was not accidental.

The lawsuit claimed that Nick Gordon was ultimately responsible for his girlfriend's death following a "violent altercation with Defendant after which he placed her in the bathtub unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture."

"Attorney Bryant Green is no longer working with Nick Gordon on his civil case involving Bobbi Kristina Brown's family," the article claimed. "There was a conflict of interest involving Nick and Bryant Green. At this time, the case is at a still point until Nick Gordon finds new counsel as he is currently without counsel working on everything pro se."

Pro se is a legal term which simply means that Nick Gordon will be representing himself for the meantime.

To date, however, the Fulton County District Attorney's Office has yet to file a criminal case against Nick Gordon in connection to Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.

Whitney Houston's daughter was found unconscious in a bathtub in January last year. Nick Gordon told police that he administered CPR while others called 911. Bobbi Kristina lapsed into a coma and was later transferred to the hospice where she expired on July 26, 2015.

Nick Gordon, through his lawyers, previously described the accusations against him in connection to Bobbi Kristina Brown's death as meritless and slanderous.

"Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it's shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly," the statement said. "Nick intends to expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most."
