Pat and Cissy Houston have been sued by Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate for reportedly deliberately ignoring the overdue bills that have to be settled following her death in July last year.

According to the latest report from Radar Online, estate conservator Bedelia Hargrove-the same person who filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Nick Gordon-haled Bobbi Kristina Brown's aunt Pat and her grandmother Cissy to court on Feb. 4 for breach of trust.

"Respondents are impairing and impeding the proper administration of the estate," the lawsuit reportedly stated. "To date, the respondents have failed and refused to pay any expenses of administration of the estate after proper and repeated demands from the petitioner."

Former New Edition singer Bobby Brown has filed papers last year in order to gain control of Bobbi Kristina's estate.

Cissy Houston in a statement published on Atlanta Journal Constitution said, "This is a family matter involving sensitive information. We hope to resolve this in a manner that is respectful of Bobbi Kristina's sensitive health information. The Houston family has always looked out for the best interest of Bobbi Kristina Brown. The family has done so all of her life and will continue to do so. We trust that others have the same objective."

Leolah Brown has been crying conspiracy ever since the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown on July 26, 2015, whom she described as mercy killing.

She claimed that Pat and Cissy Houston have been manipulating events in order to gain control of Bobbi Kristina Brown's $20 million estate following her death.

In a Facebook post, she wrote that Pat Garland (Houston) and her cohorts "did everything they could" in order to make sure Bobbi Kristina Brown slips into death.

"I said this before and I will say it again. Bobbi Kristina was doing fine!" she wrote. "She was communicating with us and looked forward to coming home! And in her communicating to us she wanted Pat to stay far away from her! This is what I fought to do for Krissi! However, my voice went unheard once again! But like I said, IT AIN'T OVER!"
