Justin Bieber reportedly purchased an endangered species of baby monkey illegally from the black market and immensely neglected to take care of it. Eventually, due to the pop star's neglect, the poor animal required intensive care.

The 20-year-old "Beauty and the Beat" singer was accused earlier this week for dumping his pet puppy. Moreover, the young social irritant proved to the world that he is not responsible enough to take care of his own pets, as he came under furious attack from the "surrogate mum' who decided to adopt the abandoned capuchin monkey, Mally.

Jenny Niawoehner informed MailOnline, "I would not like to meet Justin Bieber because I would not have pleasant things to say to him."

The new "monkey mum" added, "Mally was frightened when he arrived. He was alone. He was disoriented and we did not known how things would work out for him. He needed to be cared for constantly."

The adorable cheeky baby monkey was recently confiscated from Biebs when he flew into the country to have his concert just last year. His illegal pet was taken from him after he failed to obtain the legal paperwork. Sadly for baby Mally, the young musician never returned to collect him.

The staff members at the Hodenhagen Serengeti Wildlife Park, which is in Northern Germany, believe that Mally was most likely obtained illegally through the black market. They arrived at this conclusion when the legal documents that Bieber's management team promised to prove that Mally was legally acquired was never submitted.

The spokesperson of the zoo said, "It simply never arrived despite several promises. We can only assume the monkey was not acquired legally. We have never heard from, or seen, Justin Bieber ever since and we do not expect to. Mally is now the property of the Federal German Government and is happy here."
