While talking to cinemablend, this talented actress talked about her strong desire to be a part of a superhero movie. ''I would love to. Oh wow, there's so many. I'm such a fan of comic books. I grew up reading them. They were my idols. Like, these characters came to life for me! I don't think there's one in particular, either than I would love to play an action hero'' stated this 38 year old actress.
''Vikings'' which is aired on the History channel started its season 4 on Feb. 18, 2016. The famous director Michael Hirst has written most of the episodes and he is the executive producer too. Katheryn Winnick is playing the role of Lagertha who is a shieldmaiden. She is Ragnar Lothbrok's ex-wife who is the head of the Viking Earldom of Kattegat.
The first season was premiered on Mar. 3, 2013 in the US and Canada and the success and viewership of this tale of war, victory and treason has pulled it through all the storms of popularity and took it to the season 4.
