The Complete Approach to Fitness According to Dor Eckstein

Staying fit is a phenomenon many have come to love and dread at the same time. Everyone loves it, thanks to the physical appeal that comes from being healthy. Some love it due to the mental benefits. Some, for both reasons. But at the same time, we all dread it because, well, staying fit is a lot of work.

It is for this last reason, though, that many - even though they love being fit - stay as far away from the gym as possible. We all believe that to stay healthy and fit, we have to work our muscles off every day.

But this belief, according to world-famous fitness expert Dor Eckstein, is not only false but dangerous. Mr. Dor Eckstein has been a fitness enthusiast practically all his life, believes that many people would become fitter and healthier once they dispose of this myth, and understand that real fitness comes with a complete, holistic approach and not a one-off winner take all mentality that most people believe in currently.

The Dor Eckstein Way

Scrolling through Mr. Eckstein's social media pages and admiring his remarkable physique and healthy body, it is almost difficult to believe that he was anything but a fit, ripped gentleman all of his life.

But this couldn't be farther from the truth. As late as 15, Dor Eckstein was still an overweight kid who looked at his slim and fit friends with admiration and a tint of jealousy.

Born into a family of overweight members, he knew he had to put in the work if he was ever going to achieve the fit and healthy body he'd always desired. So he registered in the gym - and the rest, as they say, is history.

Through the course of his fitness journey, though, and thanks to the things he learned from his trainers, Dor Eckstein came to realize that achieving real fitness isn't all about building body mass or spending 24 hours in the gym. It was all a question of balance, moderation, and most importantly, doing the right things at the right time.

Something is fascinating about spending hours and hours in the gym and then keeping it up and finally coming out with that perfect body. It's almost like a dream-like some ideal fantasy people like to admire without knowing what lies behind it. 

In reality, what happens is you try to commit to such a lifestyle, spend a few days in the gym being consistent, and then all of a sudden you get tired, your body rejects the new regimen, and in the end, you find yourself unable to keep up.

Give it a few more weeks, and you're back where you started from. Or worse. 

All of these are scenarios Dor Eckstein has seen one too many times before. And that is why he has always emphasized the "complete" approach to fitness. In his method, there is no overzealousness, just proper planning and even more effective implementation.

Results and Vindications

Mr. Eckstein wouldn't be the successful fitness trainer he is today without numerous positive results to his credit. And what's more? His client's trust. They know he'll always have their best interests at heart.

So no matter how conservative his approach may seem to some, they remain fully committed to their plans. Proper nutrition, proper exercise, and most importantly, efficiency over frequency - that is the Dor Eckstein way.
