Ladies can now weep over the recent news that states Joseph Gordon-Levitt has officially tied the knot with his Girlfriend, Tasha McCauley last December twenty, and they held their marriage at their home.
JGL's then girlfriend, now wife Tasha, is a co-founder and CEO of a robotics company called Fellow Robots. Her company is based at the NASA Research Park in the Bay Area. Talk about professional! She also has a masters from USC, speaks English, Arabic, and Spanish, and was a faculty member of the Singularity University.
During an interview with the Howard Stern Show, JGL had this to say about McCauley, "I have a girlfriend but I tend not to really like to talk about it in public, she is not in show business." Clearly, the pair wants a very private relationship, and has validated this by getting hitched secretly. From the looks of it, McCauley is a very private businesswoman, and JGL is treating her privacy with utmost respect.
As to why Joseph Gordon-Levitt and his Girlfriend got married, rumors have been circulating that the 33-year old's wife was pregnant, which is basically the reason why they got hitched in the first place. Since Tasha is a very private individual, it's hard to validate the pregnancy rumors, but speculators and sources are very certain that this is indeed the cause of their decision to wed. Only time can tell whether or not this rumor is true. Especially now that they are married, paparrazzis will definitely be on the lookout for JGL's new wife. We hope she doesn't get too pressured with all the attention and stay as she is.
