Nick Jonas revealed that his girlfriend Olivia Culpo had a panic attack when she thought that he was going to propose at the 2015 Miss Universe pageant last Sunday, Jan 25.
In the middle of his performance of "Jealous" during the evening gown segment of the competition, Nick Jonas left the stage to serenade his Olivia Cupo. He even went down on one knee!
"I went down and sang to her and I go on a knee and approached her. Her face was in full panic, she thought I was going to propose on national TV in front of one billion people," Nick revealed in an interview with The Sun.
Although the young couple is very serious about their relationship, the Disney alum said they are still too young to be thinking about settling down.
"At some point, it would be ideal [to settle down], but we're still quite young and we're going on a journey."
Nick Jonas seems to be on a roll this 2015. He has built a strong fan base outside of Jonas Brothers. He's also been dabbling in a few acting projects including the highly successful DirecTV MMA series "Kingdom." But no matter how busy his schedule gets, he always makes time for Olivia Culpo.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Nick Jonas said they're both trying to make the best out of the relationship and spend as much time together possible. The couple has been spotted all around New York City the past few months. In each photo, they just can't seem to keep their hands off each other.
"We're enjoying the ride together, and it's been a pretty insane year and a half. Lots of changes in both of our lives, and she's been a teammate through all of it.
