'Jurassic World' Superbowl Trailer Released; New Dinosaur 'Indominus Rex' Introduced As Film Set Out To 'Give The Parents Nightmares'

The new "Jurassic World" Superbowl Trailer has been having fans excited for the movie's release.

While an initial trailer was released prior to the event, the new clip features more footages of the dinosaurs, and more action sequences to be seen in the film.

The new trailer opens with the park having a fully-seated audience with the narrator saying: "Okay folks, she's a little shy, so give her a hand when she comes out."

Pertaining to one of the major attractions in the park, a big dinosaur that lives underwater. Cut to scenes from the film, and Chris Pratt "training" a few small dinosaurs, after which the scene where the new dinosaur named "Indominus Rex" is introduced comes in.

In the trailer, Pratt describes the new breed to be something that "kills for sport", and ensues chaos in the park.

According to Time, the movie is set to "give the parents nightmares," and fans cannot agree more.

In other news, a few other trailers were also released during the Superbowl event where Katy Perry performed halftime with Missy Elliot and Lenny Kravitz. The other movie trailers shown were for the following: "Tomorrowland" (set for release on May 22, 2015), "Inside Out" (June 19, 2015), "Kingsman: The Secret Service" (Feb. 13, 2015), "Unfinished Business" (March 6, 2015), "The Divergent Series: Insurgent" (March 20, 2015), "Terminator Genysis" (Jul. 1, 2015), "Hot Tub Time Machine 2" (Feb. 20, 2015), "Spongebob: Sponge Out Of Water" (Feb. 6, 2015), "Fast and the Furious 7" (Apr. 3, 2015), "Fifty Shades of Grey" ( Feb. 13, 2015), "Minions" (July 10, 2015), "Pitch Perfect 2" (May 15, 2015), "Seventh Son" (Feb. 6, 2015), and "Ted 2" (June 26, 2015).

"Jurassic World" will be released on theaters by June 12, 2015.
