Sony Confirms 'Kingdom Hearts 3' Release Date To Be On 2017? New Features Like Keyblade Armor And New Keyblade Transformations Inbound

Fans of the "Kingdom Hearts" franchise have been waiting in vain for the "Kingdom Hearts 3" release date. Now, reports are surfacing that the game won't hit stores this 2015.

This has been announced by Sony via the official Sony PlayStation blog that "Kingdom Hearts 3" is not slated for a 2015 release.

To add up, "Kingdom Hearts 3" release date is projected to be out in the market possibly by 2017.

Meanwhile, gameplay details are surfacing online and it's about Sora's new Keyblade design and probably a new feature of the game, the Keyblade Armor.

Sora's new potential set of arsenal can be seen on a previous report.

In the video below, it shows Sora's possible new keyblade design. However, the creator of the video is not sold that Square Enix would replace the Kingdom Key.

Instead, he sees it as a possible new keyblade transformation and it is plausible that it will have a gun and cannon version.

Another possible fresh addition to the game will be the Keyblade Armor. TheGamersJoint explained in another video explaining how it will be utilized by Sora in the game.

In the video, it shows that previous keyblade owners have a Pauldron attached in their shoulders and Sora might just have the same to let him transform or activate the Keyblade armor. The video also explains how it was wielded by other Keyblade users.
