Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone continue to keep mum about their alleged break-up, and it's driving fans crazy.
As previous reports claimed, the adorable "Amazing Spider-Man" lovebirds have taken a break from their relationship. Although no confirmation has been made about the said rumor, several tabloids have continued to report the Emma and Andrew have in fact headed for splitsville.
However, a few are not buying the stories. Some choose to believe that the couple's situation has been blown out of proportion, and that they're just spending time apart because of their busy schedules.
"Is it just me, or was this article a completely incoherent mess? How about just saying Emma is in LA, Andrew is still in Taiwan. No one knows what's going on except them but Emma deliberately dropped a huge hint last week that the tabloids are full of BS and we'll find out soon enough what's going on when Andrew comes back to America in a couple of weeks?" "It's kinda hard to run errands together if he's still on the other side of the world. In the press conference Garfield said he's still filming in Taiwan, sounds like they're done May 15th now, so maybe calm down on your speculation until he actually gets back?" User Didi4242 seconded.
Other rumors surrounding Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone's reported break-up claim that the love has gone called because the actress was earning way more than Andrew, causing jealousy and envy. Another rumor suggested that Andrew has had it with Emma's addiction with shopping and partying.
The tight-lipped couple has stressed in different ocassions that they would like to keep their relationship very private, and as much possible, away from the public eye.
"They want to protect their relationship and not be a couple in public so they both decided that it was better off this way during Oscar night. If Emma thought she had a chance to win, then things would be a completely different story, but she let Andrew do his own thing during the Oscars. They have no drama with each other so people shouldn't think of this as a snub," a source close to the couple said.
