Bill Cosby is scheduled to be deposed on October 9 by civil-rights attorney Gloria Allred, according to People.

As the public prepares for Cosby to speak on the sexual assault allegations made against him for the first time since a separate case in 2005, three more women have come forward to accuse the comedian of sexually inappropriate behavior, according to CNN.

The latest allegations reportedly come from a former Mrs. America, a former cocktail server at a jazz club and a woman introduced to Cosby because she wanted to be featured in a Playboy magazine.

“After 35 years of living with these shameful memories in secret, I was finally encouraged by all the other women who have recently told their stories," said Sharon Van Ert, the former waitress.

More than 40 women have reportedly publicly come forward with allegations against the “The Cosby Show” star over the past 40 years.

“Mr. Cosby has nobody to blame but himself for his choices and his actions," the women's lawyer, Gloria Allred, said Wednesday in her Los Angeles law office.

“There should be serious consequences for anyone who intentionally harms or endangers the health, safety or life of innocent women and girls."

Since the allegations, both NBC and Netflix have respectively canceled and postponed projects with Cosby, according to Reuters.

This week, three universities, Marquette, Fordham and Brown reportedly stripped Cosby of honorary degrees.
