John Stamos has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs after he was seen driving erratically in a Beverly Hills neighborhood, according to the LA Times.

The news comes after Stamos checked out of rehab nearly three months ago, according to E! News.

Stamos was reportedly arrested June 12 after witnesses reported seeing him behave strangely and driving erratically near Canon Drive and Brighton Way, stated prosecutors. The “Grandfathered” star was reportedly transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical center for observation “due to a possible medical condition.”

The “Full House” actor reportedly checked into a residential treatment facility to seek help for substance abuse nearly a month after his arrest and hospitalization. After spending one month in treatment, he opened up about his personal life in an interview with Details magazine.

“I've had a rough year with my mom dying, so it all came to a head, and it was a turning point,” explained Stamos.

“You either continue on that path—and some of it's fun, but a lot of it's not—or there's this other thing, this golden opportunity sitting there with all this work and all this goodwill that you have going for you. That's the key. I feel better than I've felt in a decade.”

“It's not as much fun, but you have to be responsible. It's about discipline, which I lost for a while. Part of being undisciplined for the past five or six years is that I didn't work as much as it looked like. I had some high-profile jobs, like a Super Bowl commercial or a few episodes of Glee, but there was a lot of downtime, and that can be, obviously, dangerous."

Stamos is reportedly set to be arraigned on Friday at the L.A. County Superior Court’s airport branch. He is reportedly not required to appear in court because the case is a misdemeanor.

Stamos’ attorney can reportedly stand in for him during the hearing.

If Stamos is convicted, he reportedly faces up to six months in county jail.
