Kylie and Kendall Jenner have been sued by a Florida retailer for trademark infringement.

Page Six reported that the Jenner sisters and PacSun have been slapped with a lawsuit by Island Company, a resort lifestyle retailer in West Palm Beach. The company claimed that Kylie and Kendall Jenner stole their phrase: "Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return."

In the official court documents, according to Fashionista, Island Company's motto has been a registered trademark since 2010. It has been placed on the retailer's apparel and goods for as early as Apr. 2005.

PacSun designed a tie-front cami tank top for the sisters' line with the similar phrase: "Run away. Fall in love. Never return." The item is not available anymore on the company's official website. However, it can be seen here and on Kendall Jenner.

Island Company said in their complaint that Kylie and Kendall Jenner's version could "cause confusion, mistake and deception among consumers, the public and the trade as to whether defendants' products or services are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by plaintiff."

"[The] defendants have made and will continue to make substantial profits and/or gains to which they are not entitled."

The company wants PacSun and the Jenner sisters to stop using their trademarked logo or similar variations of it and pay damages. Representatives for Kylie and Kendall Jenner have not commented on the issue.

On the other hand, the high-profile sisters have made it to Time Magazine's 30 Most Influential Teens for 2015. They joined Malia Obama, Jaden Smith, Martin Odegaard, Zendaya and "Game of Thrones" star Maisie Williams.

"Everything I do, I always start these huge trends," Kylie told the publication. "I just want to inspire my fans to be whoever they want to be because that's what I've always done."

Aside from Kendall's impressive career in fashion, she also holds the record for the most-liked photo in Instagram history which beat big sister Kim Kardashian's record. The photo now has about 3.1 million likes.
