Jessica Alba's bikini body with her bare toned muscles is a no joke. Her banging figure even placed her on the cover of Shape Magazine's June Issue this year. And despite being a mother of two, she still spares enough time to enjoy some health fitness routines and keep her beach body in shape.

In an interview with Shape Magazine last May, Jessica gave credits to the project Dark Angel offered to her. She said that her training in martial arts and gymnastics while filming the TV series helped her achieve the healthy and athletic build that she has relished today. If she had 30 minutes, she would spend the extra time doing a series of workouts and a few yoga poses.

Jessica does not practice eating heavy-loaded breakfasts. She only takes coffee and a piece of banana every morning. And just recently, she came up with drinking a healthy shake made up of vegan protein powder, matcha green tea powder, coconut water, banana, and ice. She would either consume the cold drink before an early morning workout or have it enjoyed right after.

To keep herself in focus throughout the day, Jessica sees to it that she eats popcorn. It's her great love, especially when she multitasks. It helps her concentrate. It is her way of "dealing with [her] mind wandering off," she said.

Jessica Alba also listens to a podcast of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center as a way to meditate while driving or taking a bath. She feels relieved, and her stress gets released every time she does it. Transcendental Meditation just works well for people who want to attain inner beauty and tranquility.

The highly paid actress also told the Shape that her daughters are her inspiration. Up until she became a mother of her kids Honor and Haven, she was not confident with her beauty and how she looked. Since then, she believes that she has to show her children that she is happy and proud of her body so they would also feel the same with theirs.

Aside from fronting several campaigns of the brand Braun, Jessica also owns the $1 billion-priced care line known as The Honest Company. Since its launch in 2008, the profitable health lifestyle company has manufactured many non-toxic household products that are free of harm for children.
