If new reports are true, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will not let the hustle and bustle of Hollywood get in the way of their relationship.
The tight-lipped couple has stressed in different ocassions that they would like to keep their relationship very private, and as much possible, away from the public eye.
Recently, fans of the adorable couple watched out for the duo's rumored appearance at the Oscars 2015 red carpet. To their disappointment, Emma went alone without Andrew in tow.
Previous reports have claimed that Andrew has made a decision to drop everything to accompany the love of his life to one of her most memorable events- Oscars 2015. However at the red carpet event, everyone saw that the Best Supporting Actress nominee for "Birdman" was alone. Where was Andrew?
New reports have surfaced and said that Emma's rumored fiance had to cancel his plans last minute.
"Andrew takes things way too seriously and he changed his mind in joining Emma last minute because he told her that he wanted it to be about her," a source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. "He wanted the night to be about Birdman and just the film and all that surrounds it, not their relationship."
Luckily Emma was very understanding of Andrew.
"Surprisingly she is actually OK with the decision because she told him that she wasn't going to win anyways so he shouldn't worry for her to join," the tipster added.
"They want to protect their relationship and not be a couple in public so they both decided that it was better off this way during Oscar night. If Emma thought she had a chance to win, then things would be a completely different story, but she let Andrew do his own thing during the Oscars. They have no drama with each other so people shouldn't think of this as a snub."
If there are any rumors about Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone going through a rough patch in their relationship because of Andrew's absence during his lady love's red carpet moments, it would highly seem fabricated since the couple just wants their privacy.
