What is the perfect body? The truth is it actually depends on who you ask.
A lingerie company in the United Kingdom has decided to find out the answer by conducting a survey among men and women. Bluebella instructed the respondents to "create" the perfect body by choosing body parts of celebrities. This is where perceptions differ.
For example, when it comes to the perfect body for women, women respondents tend to lean more on UK-based ladies such as the Duchess of Cambridge for the hair and Cara Delevingne for the face. They also like Emma Watson's hips. Women actually don't want very big breasts, settling for Aniston's. When it comes to legs, the long ones win. They tend to lean on the limbs of supermodel Elle Mcpherson. They also don't desire athletic abs, opting for something similar to Gwyneth Paltrow's.
However, if you're going to ask men on what makes a perfect female body, they tend to favor American women. They like wilder and fuller hair like Scarlett Johansson's. It's also possible they prefer blondes over brunettes, based on their choices. They want a sexier face with probably a poutier lip. That's why they chose Megan Fox's face. Women and men share the same sentiments with legs: the latter also like supermodel-like limbs, although they prefer those of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. They want the stomach of Michelle Keegan and the big breasts of Kim Kardashian.
Men and women tend to share some similarities with regard to the perfect male body, which may suggest that men do have a better idea on what women want--at least physically. For example, they both cite David Beckham, though in completely different ways. Men like to have his face while women want the legs. Abs matter for both of the sexes as well. Women go for something like David Gandy's while men desire the abs of Ryan Gosling. The ladies seem to steer clear from bulging biceps, opting for something like Brad Pitt's. Men find other men with Hugh Jackman biceps sexy.
