After Electronic Arts unleashed its first ever expansion pack to "The Sims 4" titled "Get to Work," new playable careers have been unleashed. Be a detective, doctor or scientist and step slowly but surely up the corporate ladder. If you want it easier, however, here are cheats on how to get your promotion instantly!
It's fun to play new characters in brand new career types, but that doesn't last long especially when there are new things to explore in "The Sims 4." Three new careers have been unleashed to fans worldwide. Players can now choose playable jobs like a doctor, detective and scientist --- all with their respective locations.
As with the classic Sims gameplay, players must be able to accomplish certain tasks and reach certain level of skills to be granted promotion in any field. However, given that "The Sims 4" brings in a whole lot of different missions, sometimes there isn't enough time to juggle all required accomplishments and skills. In using cheats to get instant promotion in "The Sims 4" expansion pack "Get to Work," players will need to open the cheat code window during in-game. Press CTRL+SHIFT+C, during in-game of "The Sims 4" expansion pack "Get to Work" to open the cheat code window.
How to cheat your way to promotion of being a detective in "The Sims 4" expansion pack "Get to Work" uses a simple cheat code. On the cheat code window, type in "careers.promote Detective" and instantly, your character will be promoted.
When your character on "The Sims 4" expansion pack "Get to Work" is a doctor and you want to get promoted, there is also another cheat code for that. In the cheat code window, type in "careers.promote Doctor" to advance your character.
For the Scientist career in "The Sims 4" expansion pack "Get to Work," the cheat code is basically the same, "careers.promote Scientist" is all you need. Enjoy!
