"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" 2015 may soon be released for Nintendo's Wii U. Activision has teased fans of the possibility in their vague response to a fan's tweet.

Twitter user @GoodGamer14 asked the video game publishing company on why players can connect their Nintendo IDs to the "CoD" site if they are not developing anything for it. "Hey there. Stay tuned for more Wii U releases. ^DL," Activision Support replied through their official Twitter account.

The publisher may be hinting at their upcoming game which will be released on Nov. 6 this year. "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" 2015 is currently expected to be released for PS4, Xbox One and PC via Steam. It isn't a far-fetched idea since its predecessor, "Black Ops 2," was launched for Wii U in 2012.

Activision announced the next installment of their shooter series last month. It is currently being developed by Treyarch Studios, who created the franchise and the popular Zombies mode. Players will be playing as specialists instead of generic soldiers. The four characters revealed so far are Ruin, Seraph, Outrider and Reaper.

Game Zone reported that research from Fizziology has showed that 49 percent of the reaction to "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" 2015 has been positive. Consultative research company Fizziology uses data from social media to facilitate companies in making informed decisions based on the reactions of their target audience.

17 percent of the reactions were negative while 7 percent of the fans had mixed feelings about the game. Neutral reactions, from fans who did not share their thoughts on Treyarch's game, make up 27 percent of the poll.

It was also revealed that 14 percent of the conversations on Twitter were about "Black Ops 3" being compared to other popular shooter games such as: "Deus Ex," "Titanfall" and "Destiny."
