First Benedict Cumberbatch, now Tom Hiddleston? Is he really dating "Avengers: Age of Ultron" co-star Elizabeth Olsen? Here's what's happening in the rumor mill.
The self-described feminist now seems to be off the bachelor list as new rumors surfaced that included his involvement with "Avengers: Age of Ultron" co-star Elizabeth Olsen. The younger sister to the Olsen twins, Elizabeth Olsen, is known for her work in the critically-acclaimed "Martha Marcy May Marlene" (2011) and "Godzilla" in 2014.
In a report by Us Weekly via Elle Australia, Tom Hiddleston (34) and Elizabeth Olsen (26) are the newly rumored couple as of late, with sources revealing confirmation of the speculated romance. "They have been hooking up. It's casual, announced the report. Apparently, Tom and Elizabeth keep in touch in between travelling for projects and "text when they're apart."
Although Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen have been seen together in "Avengers: Age of Ultron," FashionnStyle revealed that this might not be where the two lovebirds met for the first time. "It is unclear whether Olsen and Hiddlseton met on the set of 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' or while screen testing together for the upcoming Hank Williams biopic 'I Saw The Light.' Hiddleston plays Williams, while Olsen plays the singer's manager, duet partner, and first wife Audrey," the publication read.
The same report also revaled that while Tom Hiddleston hasn't been romantically linked to anyone for quite some time now, this rumor with Elizabeth Olsen isn't the first time he's been speculated to be dating a co-star. "He's been linked to fellow 'Thor' star Kat Dennings and his 'Crimson Peak' sibling Jessica Chastain, and reportedly got pretty serious with Susanna Fielding after meeting her on the set of 'Wallander,'" explained the report.
Elizabeth Olsen appeared in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" as Scarlet Witch and will reprise her role in the coming "Captain America: Civil War" in 2016. She is also scheduled to appear alongside Tom Hiddleston in the biopic "I Saw The Light" as Audrey Williams, wife of Hiddleston's Hank Williams. Both Olsen and Hiddleston haven't commented on the romance rumors... yet.
