In the latest Nia Guzman Chris Brown news, the singer's baby mama is suing him for "back baby support" and a hike in monthly payments to take care of their child, Royalty.

Guzman reportedly "hit the lotto for at least 18 years," said an article by hiphopwired.com. She is also demanding a spike in child support from $2500 to $1500 a month.

According to sources close to the Nia Guzman Chris Brown baby story, the "International Love" singer was unaware of his baby, 9-month-old Royalty Brown until a couple of months ago, TMZ reported. Nia Guzman told Chris Brown about Royalty a few months ago. Chris was quick to cut a deal with Nia saying he would pay for child support.

TMZ also reported that Chris is shelling out a lot more than required under a family court judge's formal ruling to pay child support. Chris has raised the amount in exchange for keeping quiet about Royalty Brown.

"Multiple sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, Chris has been paying baby Royalty‘s mom, Nia Guzman, the $2,500, but the gravy train stopped in March," hiphopwired reported.

"Our Chris sources say he stopped paying because Nia demanded $15k a month, which he thinks is ridiculous."

While Chris is accusing Nia of treating Royal as a "winning lottery ticket," Nia said that Chris is being "incredibly cheap." She also said Royalty is the one who is suffering from it.

Guzman's attorney, Cark Moore will be filing legal papers in the weeks ahead for back child support, but there are also ramblings of settlement.

"We're betting Brown would have no problem shelling out that cheese if it's actually all going to his daughter. However, it seems like Ms. Guzman is looking to up her own lifestyle instead of, ya know, their kid's," hiphopwired reported.
