A free "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" manga will be given to fans who will watch the upcoming film.
Anime News Network reported that people who will watch the movie about Naruto and Hinata's son throughout Japan in August will receive an official "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" manga. It is a brand-new one-shot novel by original manga creator Masashi Kishimoto.
"Naruto Hiden Zai no Sho Official Movie Book" is a spin-off of the "Naruto: The Official Character Data Book" series. The book will feature the manga short "Naruto ga Hokage ni Natta Hi" (or "The Day Naruto Became a Hokage"), personally drawn by Kishimoto.
The story episode was not published in the main "Naruto" manga. The "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" manga will also include the main series' 700th and final chapter in full color. Fans who watched "The Last: Naruto the Movie" in December also received a similar "Official Movie Book Naruto Hiden Retsu no Sho."
New cast of "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" have been recently revealed. Ryūichi Kijima will play Mitsuki, a mysterious ninja in the same team as Boruto and Sarada. Atsushi Abe will play Inojin Yamanaka, the son of Sai and Ino. Saori Hayami will play Himawari Uzumaki, the daughter of Naruto and Hinata. Himawari is the sister of the film's protagonist, Boruto Uzumaki.
Hiroki Yasumoto will play Kinshiki, the obedient follower of Momoshiki. Momoshiki, who will have a surprising role in the film, will be played by Daisuke Namikawa. Kensho Ono will play Shikadai Nara, Shikamaru Nara and Temari's son.
"Boruto: Naruto the Movie" is slated for release in Japan on Aug. 7. The story revolves around Boruto and Sarada Uchiha, Sasuke and Sakura's daughter, who were introduced in the final chapter of the original manga series. It was previously reported that Sasuke will train the film's protagonist, Boruto. Mitsuki, a new character, is rumored to be the next Orochimaru.
