The Amazon Fire TV Stick just keeps getting better and better, especially now that more apps are made available for this device!

Rdio, an app that allows you to stream music, is now available on the Amazon Fire TV Stick and Amazon Fire TV. The Next Web reported that "the app brings single-touch Rdio playback to the devices and lets you easily access customized and curated stations. It also has the obvious features you'd expect from a player like search and the ability to favorite, shuffle and repeat songs."

Before Rdio came to Amazon Fire TV Stick, an NBC app was also made available for the users. The app "will include live streaming news, original video series, and exclusive content from TODAY, NBC Nightly News, and Meet the Press" as mentioned by Digital Trends. The same article also revealed that "All of the content will be available, as is the case with all streaming TV, 24/7."

What this app brings is the ability to watch, for instance, the nightly news during breakfast, or at 2AM, whichever time the viewer chooses.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick is a 84.9 x 25.0 x 11.5 mm stick that is connected to the HDMI socket of the TV, as detailed by Amazon. The TV stick weighs 25.1 g with a memory of 1GB and a storage of 8GB internal. It is accompanied by a remote that weighs 56.9 grams powered by two AAA batteries.

For those unaware, the Amazon Fire TV stick allows its buyers to enjoy watching online streamed videos, rent movies at a low price and view their photos on a bigger screen. They can also download apps like Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO GO, Watch ESPN, Spotify, Youtube and many more! The Amazon Fire TV Stick also allows its customers to download games like Pyramid Solitaire, Tetris and Flappy Birds Family.

With the Amazon Fire TV Stick continually improving, more apps will surely be made available in the future!
