Rihanna had recently thrown shade at Karrueche Tran when she previously hinted that the model was not right for her former boyfriend, Chris Brown. Now, though, the “Umbrella” singer is at the other end of the shade-throwing as Tran told her that she is “free to have her leftovers.”
According to Hollywood Life, the 27-year-old Rihanna was pretty excited when news that Brown and Tran had broken up surfaced all over the Internet. Since the two started to date, Rihanna had, apparently, always thought that they were never right for one another. Initially, Tran had absolutely no idea “why Rihanna is now trying to fight with her.”
“Maybe she is mad because Karrueche took Chris from her and she was the one who got dumped in the end,” said the source. “Karrueche is done scraping her plate. Rihanna is free to have her leftovers and the headaches that come with it.”
Another source informed a separate Hollywood Life report that Rihanna had thought Brown needed “someone who was equally yoked.” For the “Diamonds” singer, Kae just “does not cut it” since she thinks the right kind of woman for Brown is someone who will “challenge him mentally.”
“He needs someone to understand him for who he is and never, ever judge him,” added the insider.
These reports that seem to depict Rihanna’s bitterness towards Tran would appear to indicate that she and Brown are going to get back with one another. Frankly, it is a bit too early to tell. It is still very possible, though, considering that they had once reconciled in the past, following the time when he assaulted her in 2009.
Brown and Rihanna may have had a pretty toxic relationship, but it would seem that she has completely put that part of her in her past. She was recently spotted showing her support for her former boyfriend at the 2015 BET Awards. She was even seen singing and dancing while Brown has performing on stage.
