Techland has announced six special events for their "Dying Light" campaign.

Over the next two months, fans can play on different themed events for the "Summer with Dying Light" campaign beginning Jul. 4. Last weekend, the Spider-Crane event gave players unlimited grappling hook shots and almost no damage from falls. The Harran Marathon event will be on Jul. 11 to 12.

"Ladies and gents, we would like to introduce you to the 'Summer of Dying Light,'" the game's official Twitter page stated. "One-off events for the next 2 months."

Unannounced events are scheduled for Jul. 15 to 16, Aug. 15 to 16, Aug. 22 to 23 and Aug. 29 to 30. Techland is also running a "Drink for DLC" campaign where players post pictures of themselves drinking water in order to unlock future free DLC.

Instead of fixing the bugs after completing the development of a game, Techland has decided to feature the glitches in "Dying Light." Techland game tester Radek Maciag has put together a highlight reel of his favorite glitches in Harran during its initial phase.

"When you build a game, you got spend a lot of time testing that beast," the video game company explained. "Here's a vid from one of our testers, Radek Maciag who put together a highlight reel of his favorite glitches that came up. The guy personally clocked in over 5000 hours of playing 'Dying Light' for over 2.5 years... So yeah, he's seen some things."

It was previously reported that the "Hellraid" release date is currently being put on hold to make way for the development of another Techland game, "Dying Light." Techland CEO Pawel Marchewka revealed that the grim fantasy world game was "sent back to the drawing board" to make way for "Dying Light." More details on "Hellraid" may be revealed soon.

"It's just we want to make sure the needs from our 'Dying Light' players are satisfied as quickly as possible and we needed some resources for that," Marchewka said.
