Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher put a high regard on the privacy of their baby Wyatt, and they won't stop at anything.
Latest reports are claiming that the couple is suing Mail online for releasing photos of Wyatt without their consent.
"Save for one image of [Wyatt] as a new born, [Kutcher and Kunis] have not released to the world at large any images of [her], nor have they consented to the publication of an image of [her]," the claim form read, Digital Spy UK reported.
"Family outings are not public events but are obviously private and it is reasonable to expect that they will not be photographed [and] published to the whole world.
"The fact that [Kutcher and Kunis] are well-known to the public does not diminish the expectation that whilst 'off-duty' (as the articles described them) the details of their family outings and/or images of those family outings will be published to the world at large."
This was not the first time that Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher was outraged because of baby Wyatt's photos getting leaked without their approval.
"When Kutcher discovered published paparazzi photos showing Ashton with Wyatt as they attempted to live their lives privately in Santa Barbara, California, the 37-year-old new father headed straight to social media to voice his anger," Inquisitr reported.
"Why is it so hard for publications to respect that I would like the identity of my child kept private for safety reasons?" tweeted Ashton. "Pls honor that."
Having baby Wyatt could be the best thing that happened to Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher. But as the new mom recently shared in a Reddit Q&A, raising a baby is the toughest job she has ever done.
"It is the most life-changing experience you can have, in my opinion. EVERYTHING changed," she shared.
"The amount of love that you have, the type of love that you have, changes, the way you look at the world changes ... everything has changed, because of her. I want an ecofriendly car, I want to compost everything, because I want the world to be better for her. And you have the opportunity to make a really great child for the world. Or a really great human being."
