Ariana Grande and Big Sean split a few months ago. However, the "Break Free" singer revealed that fans will not be hearing any breakup songs from her.

In an interview with Ryan Murphy for V Magazine, Ariana Grande talked about her role in "Scream Queens," her new album "Moonlight" and her high-profile split with rapper Big Sean. The singer explained how intimate the songs from her new album will be.

"'Moonlight' is very honest and very special to me," she revealed. "I feel like this is the most personal music I've made, by far. I'm very proud of it and I'm very excited. It's scary...it's vulnerable and kind of terrifying."

She admitted that she has already moved on by the time she started writing new songs. There won't be any dissing and revenge song coming from "Moonlight."

"By the time I was writing the new album, I had kind of moved on," Ariana Grande admitted. "It's not going to be captured on the album too much. I'm in a happy place. There aren't any breakup anthems because I had moved on."

Ariana Grande and Big Sean's split may have caused the "Problem" singer to become more empowered, grown up and independent. The pop star explained why she did not want to make a "pissed-off break-up song."

"I was not focused on that," she said. "Everything is nice and great right now...why would I write about some bulls--t? I'd rather write about some really lovely things that are going on."

One thing lovely about the singer's career is that her social activity has increased after appearing in Jimmy Fallon's "The Tonight Show." Billboard reported that Ariana Grande has jumped 4-2 on the Social 50 chart, which ranks the most popular artists on social media.

The "Break Free" star battled with Jimmy Fallon for his wheel of music impressions game. Ariana Grande nailed her imitation of Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Celine Dion. She also announced that she has a new single, entitled "Focus," coming out on Oct. 30.
