Khloe Kardashian's ex-husband, Lamar Odom, was found unconscious at a brothel in the Las Vegas area.
Los Angeles Times reported that the former NBA star was found in a brothel owned by Dennis Hof and has been taken to a hospital. A representative for the Nye County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that an ambulance was sent to Hof's Love Ranch brothel.
Lamar Odom was treated by paramedics and was stabilized before he was taken to the Desert View Hospital. The publication added that the former Laker and Clipper was initially supposed to be transported to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas via helicopter.
However, he could not be transported by air because of his height. He was taken to the Las Vegas hospital by ambulance instead.
Dennis Hof, owner of the Love Ranch brothel, told The Times that Odom stayed in his home attached to the establishment. "[Odom] wanted to get away from everybody, wanted to have fun," he added.
Workers at the brothel told the publication that the 35-year-old basketball player had ordered a bottle of cognac over the weekend. He was also said to be in a "somber" mood last Sunday but was in good spirits after.
On Tuesday morning, Hof's employees saw Odom at 6 a.m. Afterwards, two women checked up on him at 3 p.m. and found him unconscious. According to Hof, "terrible stuff came out" of his nose when the NBA star was turned on his side.
Employees at the Love Ranch said that Lamar Odom may have taken a lot of "herbal Viagra," adding that they did not see him with illegal drugs.
According to PerezHilton.com, Khloe Kardashian rushed to Lamar Odom's hospital bed in Nevada along with Kim Kardashian-West and Kris Jenner. The website commented that the ex-couple's dispute in the past does not seem to matter now since the former NBA star's situation is "not good."
