Several reports indicate that the "No Man's Sky" release date could be delayed due to its technical issues.

It seemed like fans may finally know when to anticipate the exact "No Man's Sky" release date with the announcement of its release window at Paris Games Week last month. Hello Games confirmed that their space exploration video game will be available by Jun. 2016 for PC and PS4.

There had been several speculations on when the exact "No Man's Sky" release date will be. It was previously rumored that the game could be launched as early as Oct. 27, 2015 based on Amazon UK's expected delivery date.

However, Realty Today reported that rumors regarding the delay of the "No Man's Sky" release date have surfaced. The game is said to have encountered some technical issues which may affect its announced availability.

Apparently, the tech difficulties were also the reason why there was no demo for the game during the event. The "No Man's Sky" E3 2015 demo was purportedly done on PC and not from PS4, leading fans to speculate that the game was having issues with its handheld version.

According to PlayStationLifeStyle.net, Destructoid UK Editor Laura Kate Dale has revealed that some of her sources said that "No Man's Sky" is going through technical complications. This was why the game's demo was not available during Sony's event.

However, the publication noted that the news has not been confirmed by developer Hello Games. Fans will need to take this revelation with discernment.

Meanwhile, game creator Sean Murray has been trying to control the hype surrounding the "No Man's Sky" release date. The developer admitted that he wants to show how the game is different from other games and, at the same time, keep the excitement without the flurry.

"We're just trying to represent it, we think that is exciting, the game is exciting," he told Eurogamer. "Hype, for me, is that other thing, which is like an unattainable level of excitement. An excitement that will ultimately end in hurt."
