"One Punch Man" episode 6 is entitled "The Terrifying City."
This week's latest installment on the hero-for-fun series showed Speed of Sound Sonic's return and Saitama struggling to keep his hero status. Fans can watch "One Punch Man" episode 6 here.
In the beginning of "One Punch Man" episode 6, Genos told his sensei that class C heroes need to continually save the city in order to stay in the Hero Association. This rattled the series' protagonist as he has done nothing heroic for five days.
It was previously reported that "One Punch Man" episode 6 will see the return of Speed of Sound Sonic presumably, to finally get his revenge on Saitama. However, Sonic is dismissed by the hero-for-fun since he is currently looking for a villain to fight with.
This angered Sonic and he proceeded to attack City Z. They are momentarily disturbed by a class C rank 6 hero Tanktop Tiger but Sonic easily beat him with his exploding Shurikens.
Saitama defeated Speed of Sound Sonic with his usual one-punch attack and managed to save the city from destruction. The next scene showed people from the Hero Association requesting an investigation of the ghost town.
A floating lady with green hair, named Tornado, showed up. She suggested that she look into the investigation but was discouraged by a person from the Association.
Apparently, she was a class S hero and the investigation seemed too inconsequential for the likes of her. It was revealed in "One Punch Man" episode 6 that each city has their own set of heroes who are looking out for attacks.
Two class A heroes, Spring Mustachio and Golden Ball, have been sent to City Z to investigate its abnormally high rates of monster-related incidents. The Ghost Town Monster appeared and the heroes attacked it.
However, their powers were rendered useless. "One Punch Man" episode 6 closed with Saitama using seaweed for his soup.
